Responsibilities:

• Active sales of special equipment.
• Brand development.
• Control, retention, and expansion of the existing customer base.
• Finding new customers.
• Conducting negotiations.
• Closing deals.
• Documenting transaction processes.
• Monitoring customer settlements.
• Control of product shipments and deliveries to customers.
• Keeping records.
• Collaboration with other company departments.
• Participation in exhibitions and other events to attract customers.
• Mandatory: Knowledge of the road construction machinery and equipment market as listed in the product lineup.
• Mandatory: Previous experience in the supply of road construction machinery (special equipment).
• Preferably, an established customer base.
• Negotiation skills, ability to communicate and listen to others, considering their points of view.
• Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a desire for self-improvement.
• Determination, productivity, proactiveness, results-oriented, stress tolerance, and willingness to work in a team.
